Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.

After we received your claim we’ll provide the return shipping address. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 2 weeks. If we received a return without any claim, you would become liable for any returned shipments you sent.

Quality Issues – If you encounter problems such as receiving the wrong product, incorrect pictures, broken items, or issues with the product’s color fading, please provide us with supporting evidence through videos or pictures. Once the issue is confirmed, we will take responsibility for the shipping costs.

Other Concerns – Please note that the product images displayed on the product page are all in Queen standard size. If you choose a different size, such as twin or full, the design will be resized accordingly. We do not bear responsibility for matters not related to quality, such as the selection of an incorrect size by the customer, minor color variations. If products are returned for these reasons, customers are required to cover the shipping costs. Detailed information regarding each product can be found in the product description.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. (if and as applicable).

Attention: Products should be returned complete and sound, in a resalable condition. Any used, washed, stained, damaged, wrinkled or soiled products won’t be accepted. we issue a refund after the product is return to our address. If the fault is ours we issue a full refund or send the correct product to you.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore EBeddingSets reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] .

Address Changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. But if you contact us within 24 hours after the payment we will change your request new address . if your package returned for wrong address issue, we will reship the package to your new address after returned arrived to our warehouse. this process take long time. customer is responsible for this conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. But if you contact us within 24 hours after the payment we will cancel your order .

Color Issues

The color of products is guaranteed against fading, there may be slightly color differences caused by light, PC display, which is not quality problem. For this reason we cant issue refund for color differences issues.

Note: We don’t provide signature required delivery options. its customer responsibility to collect the package timely manner after UPS, FedEx or Other Courier Service delivered your package to your given Address to avoid lost or stolen package issue. if package is lost , Please contact courier service with your tracking number for more assistance as soon as possible.
